Fire Destroys Washington County Business

Several fire departments battled flames at a Washington County business early Wednesday.

Just after 1 a.m. the Oglesby and Washington County Fire Departments responded to Bartlesville Custom Cabinets on 2400 Road west of Highway 75. 

According to a Washington County Sheriff’s Office the building housing the business was completely destroyed. A deputy said firefighters were trying to save a house connected to the building.

Two people in the home were OK.  

Officials can't say yet if the fire was weather-related, but there has been a lot of lightning in the area at about the time the fire started.
