Police Arrest Woman Found Lying On Broken Arrow Highway Ramp

Broken Arrow Police arrested a woman they found lying on a highway on ramp.

Officers found Martha Delgado, 50, lying on the westbound on ramp to the Broken Arrow Expressway from 145th. 

When officers put her in a cell so she could use the restroom, she removed a pill from her underwear and attempted to swallow it, police said. They booked her on complaints of public intoxication, possession of drugs and possession of drugs in jail.
