One year after a tornado ripped through Sand Springs, things are beginning to get back to normal. Monday night was the first night for games at the newly rebuilt ball fields at River City Park.
Over the last few months, city crews and volunteers have been working to repair and improve the park. The families we talked to gave it rave review.

"They did a really good job," said sports dad Travis More. "It just devastated the area, so they did a really good job. They still have some sod and dirt work going, but hey - it's great. She loves to play in the dirt so it works out great for us."
Three of the park's four baseball fields were used by area teams.
