Third Arrest In Alleged 'Staged' Suicide Death Of Broken Arrow Man

A third person is now in custody in connection with the staged death of a Broken Arrow man.

Angela Moore, 47, was arrested on a material witness warrant on Thursday afternoon.

Detectives say her mother, Judith Nix, shot and killed her ex-husband Kenneth Nix in his home.

Investigators say Judith Nix called her two adult daughters and staged the scene to look like a suicide.

Moore and the other daughter of Nix, Michel Davis-Pearson, are all in the Tulsa County jail.
