Father Of Tulsa Murder Victim Desperate For Leads

The father of a murder victim needs answers this evening..

Morgan Weaver, 22, was found dead one year ago today in downtown Tulsa near First and Boulder. He was wearing an ankle monitor for an Okmulgee drug case and living in a half-way house.

He donated plasma that morning then his GPS cut out at 7:30. People were still receiving text messages from him until 9:55 a.m. and he was found dead from head injuries just six minutes later.
