Longtime Charles Page High School Teacher Receives Honor

On Tuesday, longtime Charles Page High School teacher Frank Cooper received the 2016 Oklahoma Medal for Excellence in secondary teaching.

Due to the honor, the Day was declared Frank Cooper Day by the Tulsa County Commissioners.

Cooper has been in the education field for 23 years teaching social studies and leadership courses, promoting core values of respect, kindness and honesty, and changing the entire culture of Charles Page.
