Lie Detector Clears Creek County Employees In Jail Investigation, Sheriff Says

Lie detector tests have proven false allegations of jail employees bringing contraband into the jail, a news release from the Creek County Sheriff’s Office says.

An internal investigation began on February 1, and several employees were interviewed and submitted to polygraph exams after allegations surfaced, according to the release.

“The results were no deception indicated on the part of the employees,” the sheriff’s office says.

The agency says further investigation revealed a policy violation occurred by an employee and that person was terminated on February 2.
