Police arrested a 36 year old intoxicated man after officers found him on a south Tulsa homeowner's roof late Friday.

Officers said Brandon Pomeroy told them he had smoked some Meth, climbed a big tree next to the home near 99th and Yale. When he couldn't climb down, they said Pomeroy got onto the roof and that is when the homeowner spotted him and called police just before 9:45 p.m.

The Tulsa Fire Department was called and firefighters got a ladder and helped him down off the roof.

Police booked Brandon Pomeroy into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of trespassing and public intoxication.  Jail records show Pomeroy has a court appearance set for February 2.
