Tulsa's kick-starter kitchen is now open, helping entrepreneurs break into the food business.
The idea behind Kitchen 66 is to mentor food start-up companies, help them build a foundation and test their products.

There’s a 9,000 square foot kitchen that can be rented by the hour, along with a business training program.
Kitchen 66 executive director, Adele Beasley said, "We know that sometimes the little guys need a little bit more of a boost, to make their dreams a reality. So we see that there are so many hidden gems, if you will, in Tulsa, that with a little mentorship and access to a space, they can take off."
Kitchen 66 has already had more than 70 applicants.
