DUI Driver Blamed For Catoosa Chain-Reaction Wreck

Police say driving under the influence was likely to blame for an overnight wreck in Catoosa. At about midnight, emergency crews responded to the crash near Pine and 193rd East Avenue.

Authorities say a man was driving a Ford pickup westbound on Pine when he ran a stop light and hit a Chevy pickup. The crash caused the Chevy to hit a Volkswagen bug.

The Chevy driver was taken to the hospital. The driver of the VW was treated on scene. Crews also took the Ford driver to the Claremore hospital. He was expected to eventually be booked into the Rogers County Jail.
