Tulsa Woman Arrested In Infant Son's Death

A Tulsa mother charged with child neglect has been found and arrested. Anna Hyden's 6-month-old son died last week after going into cardiac arrest.

Hyden was booked into the Tulsa County Jail around 1 a.m. Sunday. She's being held on a $50,000 bond.

Police say Hyden left her son with her boyfriend, Kevin Crawford, while she ran an errand. Hyden told police Crawford disciplined the baby for crying just hours before the infant died.

She also told police she knew Crawford was using meth when she left the baby with him.

The couple and child lived together in “deplorable conditions” in an uninsulated shed, police said.
