Clara Hamilton and Ron Siens live in Collinsville with their two children and Clara's sister, Shirley.
Shelby and Brandon are twins, both with Cerebral Palsy, Brandon's is more severe. Clara's sister Shirley is disabled as well - uses a walker.
The family has lived in their house for the last couple of decades, and Bobbie Jean Beavers is helping them get a new one.
"We are building a house for a Vietnam veteran," she said.
For years, Ron gathered food from stores and took it to families in need until his health wouldn't permit it.
To help, Beavers started fundraising and friend raising, and now they’ve accomplished a lot.
In the new house, Brandon will have his own bedroom with a window for the first time in his life. Shelby finally has some room, too.
"Now I can lay down on my bed and go to sleep for as long as I want," she said.
There is furniture, appliances, washer-dryer and a new fridge is on the way.
It looks like they'll get moved into their new home before Christmas, but there's still some work to do.
If you’d like to help, you can go to the Collinsville Home Project at 2814 East 88th Street, Tulsa, OK 74137.
