Man Shot By Craig County ADA Facing Burglary Charges

The man accused of breaking into an Assistant District Attorney's home in Inola is facing new charges.

Bryan Starkey faces first- and second-degree counts of burglary and possession of a firearm in Rogers County.

Police say, on December 10, Craig County ADA Erin Oquin shot Starkey in the chest after she caught him in her home.

He spent a week in the hospital and was then taken into custody.
