Tulsa Police say the fourth man wanted in the murder of a disabled Talala man over the summer is in custody.
Chazz Holly, 27, had cerebral palsy and other health issues when he disappeared with his father's pickup while his parents took a short vacation. Police believe he died Sunday, June 21, 2015.
His family found his body along the Indian Nations Turnpike near Antlers a month later.
Police arrested Vernon Smith, William Garrett and Sidney Randall a short time after his body was found. On Monday they announced they were looking for James Jones, 42.
On Thursday, December 3, 2015, police said a call to the homicide tip line led them to a residence in Gladewater, Texas where Jones was arrested without incident.
According to Smith's arrest report, Holly met the men in Tulsa to sell his dad's truck, but when he backed out they gagged him and drove around with him in the back of the truck. Smith told police they headed to Texas when they realized Holly was dead and dumped his body along the highway.
