Police Still Searching For Men In Tulsa Family Dollar Assault

TPD released details on Thursday of the assault they say happened on Aug. 23. when an employee asked two women to leave the store because they weren't wearing shoes.

Tulsa police are investigating the assault of a Family Dollar employee.

TPD released details on Thursday of the assault they say happened on Aug. 23. Investigators say the employee got into an argument with two women after he asked them to leave the store at 66th and Peoria because they weren't wearing shoes.

Police say the women left, then they came back with two men.

The employee told officers when he tried to get all four of them to leave the store, one of the men punched him in the head.

Police say as the victim was lying on the ground, the group kicked and punched him several times.

Police released surveillance pictures today of one of the men they are looking for.

They say the men left in a white Chevy Silverado truck and the women left in a four-door Buick car.
