Wagoner County Deputies Arrest 2 Men For Burglary, Credit Card Fraud

Wagoner County deputies have made an arrest in a Rocky Point burglary case.

Timothy Ryan Hampton, 26, and Brian Tyler Collins, 28, both of Wagoner, were taken into custody for first-degree burglary, obtaining merchandise by false pretenses and credit card fraud. 

Deputies say that on Saturday, the pair entered a home through a back door and stole the residents credit cards.

Shortly after the burglary, the suspects used the credit cards at the Wagoner Walmart, officials say.

Investigators were able to identify Hampton and Collins and the vehicle they used.

The men were arrested on Wednesday. Bond has not been determined.
