Tulsa Police have made an arrest after a shooting that wounded three people - including a 10-year-old boy. It happened around 7 p.m. at a barbershop in the 1600 block of North Lewis.
Kerry Orlando Payne, 33, is in jail on three counts of shooting with intent to kill and some outstanding warrants. Police say one of the victims identified him as the man who started shooting at the barbershop after a fight.
Police found one of the victims on the ground in front of the business. The other man and the boy were inside the Changing the Game barbershop in the Springdale Shopping Center.
Officers rushed to the scene after the shooting was reported. More than a dozen police cars blocked off portions of Pine and Lewis at one point Friday night.
A booking report says police arrested Payne several hours later at his residence. He admitted to having been at the barbershop, getting into a fight then going back, the arrest report states.
Officers say he brought a gun and shot through the glass of the barbershop, wounding three. The three victims are expected to survive.
