The arguments are not public record, but the hearing pertains to testimony in the grand jury investigation of the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office.

We asked Brewster why he was there.

Allison: "Mr. Brewster, what are you here for today?"
Brewster: "Oh, just having fun"

Sheriff Stanley Glanz will testify in front of the grand jury Wednesday morning.

The investigation is expected to wrap up this fall.
