Police Question Tulsa Teen's Assault Claim

Police said an 18-year-old woman told them an attacker cut her at an apartment complex Thursday night.

Officers said they responded to a call about an armed robbery at the Park at Forrest Oak apartments in the 7300 block of South Victor just before 10:30 p.m.

The woman told them she was sitting in her truck when a man came up and ordered her to get out.  The victim said she pulled out a Taser, but the man pulled out a knife and cut her neck. She ran to an apartment and the man got into a white Dodge Caliber and drove away.

EMSA took the woman to the hospital with a non-life threatening cut. Police said they talked to the victim and others at the scene and said they believe there's more to the story.
