Tulsa Resident Helps Capture DUI Suspect

A Tulsa resident helped take down a man suspected of drinking and driving early Saturday. Tulsa County Sheriff's deputies were trying to stop Manuel Arturo Colin-Mondragon's vehicle on 7th Street near 101st East Avenue when he stopped his vehicle and ran off.

A Good Samaritan saw the chase, tackled Colin-Mondragon and held him until TSCO took him into custody. 

Colin-Mondragon was arrested for driving under the influence, failure to keep in the proper lane, reckless driving, eluding, resisting arrest and driving without a license. Colin-Mondragon, 26, is being held in the Tulsa County jail for U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement.
