Police arrested a woman they say hit a Tulsa restaurant worker with a beer bottle about the slowness of her food order Tuesday evening.

Officers said Robin Harris, 40, started verbally abusing the worker at the Speedy Gonzalez restaurant on South Memorial saying her order of fajitas was not being prepared fast enough.

Harris demanded her money back and the workers complied, police said. As they escorted her out, she grabbed a beer bottle and hit an employee on the head, according to police.

Officers said two customers followed Harris to a nearby motel where police arrested her. The booked her into the Tulsa County jail on an assault with a dangerous weapon complaint.  Jail records showed a $10,000 bond with a court appearance set for September 9.

The injured worker was treated and released from a Tulsa hospital for a laceration just above his left eye.
