Driver Abandons Truck After Sand Springs Rollover Crash, OHP Says

A truck was abandoned in Sand Springs early Saturday after a rollover crash, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol says.

Troopers say a driver lost control of a Chevrolet truck at a curve on North 65th West Avenue and the truck ended up on its side.

When the Sand Springs Fire Department responded first, they found the truck had been abandoned by the driver.

The northbound and southbound lanes of the street were shut down for about 30 minutes while the wrecker impounded the truck.
