A fire inside a vacant south Tulsa home early Tuesday is being investigated as arson, according to Fire Captain Stan May.
Firefighters were called to the home in the 10400 block of South 66th East Avenue near Sheridan at around 4:45 a.m. They arrived to find flames coming out of the front.
Neighbors told the fire department the owner is in Iraq and no one else was home.
Firefighters said the fire damaged the living room and caused smoke and water damage to the rest of the home.
