Claremore Man Arrested For Stalking Ex-Wife

Rogers County investigators arrested Jeffery Loveless Harris for stalking.

Investigators say he's been following his ex-wife, even though he's been ordered not to contact her, and she has a protective order against him. She got that protective order after he was charged with putting a camera in her bedroom, when she was away at a birthday party, according to authorities.

On this new case, an affidavit says Harris, 40, used a fake name to communicate with his ex-wife through a dating website and has been doing so for months.

They say surveillance video showed his truck at her boyfriend's house on the same day someone left a framed poem on her windshield.

His arrest warrant says he can't have bond until he goes before a judge.

Records show his ex-wife also told investigators she's afraid Harris put another recording device inside her home because her children say he was in her house a few weeks ago for about 30 minutes without her knowledge.
