The trial for a woman who is accused of leaving a 16-year-old boy in a ditch for hours following an ATV accident in underway this week in Sequoyah County.  Angela Gray was arrested in August 2014 and is facing several charges, including felony leaving the scene of an accident, according to the Sequoyah County Court Clerk.

KFSM, the CBS affiliate in Fort Smith, reports the jury was selected Monday, and testimony is underway August 18.

Christian Mayberry, who was 16 at the time, was critically injured in September 2013 when an ATV ran off a road near Muldrow, ejecting him 12 feet, according to the sheriff’s office. Court documents state he was left in a ditch for hours.

Gray was the second person arrested in the case. Kyle Brannon was arrested in April 2014 after investigators said he cleaned up the wreck by picking up an ice chest and beer. Records also show he moved Mayberry.
