Owasso Police say a fourth person turned himself in to police Saturday in connection with a murder outside a convenience store last month.
Police say they arrested Erik Wagnon, 21, of Owasso on unrelated warrants out of Rogers County after they questioned him about the shooting death of Emmett Woods, 26, on July 24. He was then booked into the Rogers County jail and has since bonded out.
Early Thursday, U.S. Marshals arrested 18-year-old Jacob Pepper at a home in Broken Arrow. Pepper is charged with first-degree murder in the death of Woods.

Pepper and two other Tulsa men, Antonio Pruitt, 23, and Michael Hatcher, 23, are accused of killing Woods outside an Owasso Kum & Go store. All three are in the Tulsa County jail.
Owasso Police say it is now up to the Tulsa County District Attorney's Office to decide if Erik Wagnon will be charged as an accessory in Woods' death.
