Another Hot Day For Oklahoma, But Cooler Temps On The Way

Eastern Oklahoma will bake in the heat again on Tuesday, but cooler temperatures are coming .  

News On 6 meteorologist Mike Grogan says Tuesday will be another hot one with heat index values reaching near 110 degrees.

Grogan says we can expect a cooler weather pattern later this week as a cold front moves into the state by Thursday. He says while it may be a stretch to call it a cold front, it will lead to north winds, clouds and the threat of rain.  

All those factors will bring daytime highs back down into the lower 90s.
