Bartlesville Police say the man found shot to death early Sunday is 44-year-old Carl Ronald Rogers, Jr. of Tulsa.
The shooting happened at about 1:15 a.m. in the Oak Park neighborhood on the northwest side of town, according to police. They believe the victim had come to the neighborhood after leaving a west Bartlesville park several miles to the south.
Investigators say witnesses told them the victim was involved in an argument at Douglass Park.

Police say they are now wanting to talk with 16 witnesses.
Police are also looking for a silver 2012 GMC Terrain with Oklahoma tag 863LOX.
Oklahoma Department of Corrections records show Carl Rogers, Jr. was out on probation after a Washington County drug conviction
