Police say a death originally believed to be caused by a heart attack is now considered a homicide.
Tulsa Police Sgt. David Walker says the Medical Examiner's office initially ruled Christopher Tyler's death as a medical event. He said Tyler, 32, was involved in a domestic assault with his brother on April 2, 2015. He suffered a heart attack the next day and died at a Tulsa hospital on April 8.
Walker said the ME's report now lists the death as a homicide. He says Tyler's death is Tulsa's 36th homicide of 2015.
He did not say if anyone has been arrested.
