Silver Alert Issued For Missing Tahlequah Man

The Cherokee County Sheriffs Office has issued a Silver Alert for an 86-year-old Tahlequah man.

The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office has issued a Silver Alert for an 86-year-old Tahlequah man.  

Carl W. Stacy disappeared early Wednesday on his way to be evaluated for dementia according to authorities.  

Stacy is a white male and was wearing Levi jeans when he was last seen at 6:45 a.m. driving his black 2003 Toyota Tundra pickup.  The truck, which has a silver tool box in the bed and "lots of dents." The truck's license plate is 644DKC.  

Deputies said when last heard from, Stacy said he was going to Arizona to see his son.
