Non-Injury Crashes Snarl Traffic On Will Rogers Turnpike Near Verdigris

Three non-injury wrecks caused traffic snarls on westbound Will Rogers Turnpike near Verdigris Saturday afternoon, according to the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety.

The wrecks were in a construction zone, and traffic was diverted off the highway while they were cleared.

Troopers say the highway was affected for about 45 minutes starting shortly after 1 p.m.
