Strawberry Lemon Sorbert

1 quart ripe strawberry, stemmed 
2 tablespoons sugar substitute (Stevia, Splenda, etc)
2 tablespoons sugar
1⁄4 cup water
4 Tbs of lemon juice

1.    Place strawberries, sugar, sugar substitute into a food processor and pulse machine on and off until fruit is broken up. 
2.    Add water and lemon juice and continue processing until you have a smooth puree. 
3.    Transfer to a container and freeze for 1 hour or until firm enough to scoop.
4.    Return mixture to processor and pulse again until smooth.  Return to freezer.  Add basil garnish just before serving.
