Tulsa police decided not to take chances with a suspicious backpack found outside a back door at the Columbia Building near 21st and Lewis.
TPD's bomb squad used their robot to check out the backpack - then shot it with what they call a "disruptor" to make sure there were no explosives.

Police found clothes, papers, and an antenna inside. But with recent threats of domestic terrorism - officers wanted to play it safe.

"We were pretty certain from the start that it was probably nothing, but we went ahead and just to be safe," said Corporal Scott Anderson, TPD.
As a precaution, several people left the building voluntarily left until they got the all clear.
