½ cup quinoa (about 2 cups cooked)
1/3 cup Panera Bread Fuji Apple Dressing
1 Fuji apple, diced
2 cups kale, finely chopped
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
2 tbsp. green onions, chopped
In small sauce pan, cook quinoa according to directions.
In mixing bowl, combine dressing and apples. Add kale, walnuts, quinoa and onions. Gently toss
