TPD Stays Busy Again With Overnight 'Shots Fired' Calls
For the second consecutive morning, Tulsa police are looking into multiple reports of shots fired overnight.Gunfire rang out in two places, about a half mile apart from each other.

For the second consecutive morning, Tulsa police are looking into multiple reports of shots fired overnight, including the fifth incident of gunfire into a home in the last 36 hours.
Around 12:45 a.m. on Thursday, police were dispatched to West Latimer Court near Union, on the northwest edge of the Tulsa Country Club.
Five people were at the home at the time when someone in a car driving by opened fire.
Two bullets hit the house. No one was hurt and police don't have any leads on a suspect.
And in two other cases, gunfire rang out about a half mile apart from each other.One happened at the Westport on the River Apartments, another near the Western Pines Apartments.Right now, investigators aren't sure if those two are connected, but they're looking into the possibility. 6/25/2015 Related Story: At Least 4 Tulsa Homes Hit By Gunfire Overnight
Around 10:30 p.m., in the 2300 block of Maybelle, police went to an injury wreck call. They ended up finding a bullet hole in one of the vehicles.
Witnesses said a second car at the scene had been hit with bullet, too, but drove off to the Western Pines Apartments, and the driver ran off.
TPD says the shooter description is not detailed, and officers are working to piece together information.
An hour later and a half mile away at Westport on the River Apartments, police say someone shot at a security guard.
He saw someone running away from the scene.
On Wednesday, we reported police were investigating at least four shots fired calls from around 11 p.m. Tuesday to early Wednesday. Those calls were spread out across the city and police said they didn't believe those were connected.
