A driver is still on the run after a chase through north Tulsa. Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers said they went through neighborhoods, but stopped the chase when the driver went off-road near some railroad tracks with a train coming.
The license on the Chevy Suburban checked back to Sand Springs, but OHP is still trying to confirm if that was the driver in the chase.
It started around 1 a.m. near Admiral and Sheridan, and OHP and TPD both got involved in the chase. The chase went northbound through neighborhoods, at some points hitting 60 miles an hour on Sheridan.
Then, near Kingston Place and Reading, the suspect went off-road near some railroad tracks with a train coming, and law enforcement stopped the chase.
Troopers are looking for a white Chevy Suburban, but we don't have a description of the driver.
