Tulsa Police K-9 Officer Helps Capture Two School Intruders

Police arrested two teens they say ran from a K-9 officer at an east Tulsa elementary school early Wednesday.&nbsp;<br/><br/>

Police arrested two teens they say ran from a K-9 officer at an east Tulsa elementary school early Wednesday. 

Officers went to Bell Elementary School in the 6400 block of East Admiral at 3:30 a.m. when an alarm went off. 

Police surrounded the building and sent a K-9 officer inside. Officers arrested two teens when they ran outside. 

Police identify them as Joseph Rodriguez, 19, and Mark Wagner, 18. They told police they got into the school through an unlocked window, but didn't take anything.

Police booked Joseph Rodriguez into jail on a complaint of breaking and entering and Mark Wagner on a complaint of entering a building with intent. Jail records show both men have a court appearance set for June 24.
