Third Man Sentenced In Murder Of Papa John's Driver In Tulsa

A man pleaded guilty in the 2013 murder of a truck driver in Tulsa and has been sentenced to 20 years.

A man pleaded guilty in the 2013 murder of a truck driver in Tulsa. It happened early in the morning as the driver was unloading supplies from his semi at Papa Johns near 11th and Delaware.

Damian Anderson pleaded guilty to a charge of accessory to the first-degree murder of 53-year-old Robert Horton.

The charge had been reduced from first-degree murder. A judge sentenced Anderson to 20 years in prison.

Last week a jury found Frankie Jackson guilty of first-degree murder. Jackson was 17 at the time of Horton's murder.

Another teen, Jermaine Savory, is already in prison for the killing after pleading guilty.

Prosecutors said the trio shot Horton.
