Another teen has been found guilty in the 2013 murder of a truck driver at a Papa John's restaurant in Tulsa.

A jury on Friday found Frankie Jackson guilty of first-degree murder in the death of 53-year-old Robert Horton of Arlington, Texas.

Jackson was 17 at the time of Horton's murder. Another teen, Jermaine Savory, already is in prison for the killing, and a third, Damian Anderson, will be in court next week.

Prosecutors said the trio shot Horton about 6 a.m. as he was unloading supplies from his semi at 11th and Delaware.

Jackson will serve five years for attempted robbery and faces up to life in prison for the murder conviction. Official sentencing will be held later this month.
