A Tulsa mother of 12, with a baby on the way, is in jail facing charges of child neglect.

Police officers said they found human feces and trash littered throughout Kodi Faircloth's Tulsa home.

Faircloth and the man she's been living with, John Brown, are behind bars on complaints of child neglect.

Four of Faircloth's 12 children live in the home that's said to be without electricity, running water or food.

A search warrant says some of the things in the front yard are infested with bed bugs, and in the back yard the kids told a DHS worker there's a box of drugs.

The search warrant also says Faircloth's children have been in and out of state custody all their lives.

Police said there are two open investigations of sexual abuse on a minor child while in the home.

Faircloth has been investigated by DHS more than 30 times.

"Some parents in Oklahoma have had multiple interactions with child welfare, with the police and with the court throughout their adult lives. And sadly some of these families have had histories of generations of involvement,” DHS Spokesperson, Sheree Powell said.

Police are now trying to locate all of Faircloth's children. So far, they've spoken with seven of them.
