A woman hurt in a motorcycle wreck in Tulsa on Saturday has died from her injuries.

A woman hurt in a motorcycle wreck in Tulsa on Saturday has died from her injuries.

The wreck happened at about 8 p.m. on Saturday, June 6, 2015 near 53rd and South Peoria.

Sara Welch, 28, was a passenger on a motorcycle driving by her fiance, 30-year-old Joshua Barnes, when it collided with an SUV.

Tulsa Police say a woman driving a 2002 Ford Explorer was turning left onto Peoria out of a parking lot and told officers she didn't see any oncoming traffic.

Her SUV collided with the 2007 Kawasaki Barnes was driving southbound on Peoria, according to police.

Tulsa Police said Barnes had "significant" injuries but didn't give details.

Police say they're waiting for blood test results on both drivers.
