Showers and thunderstorms in western Oklahoma are heading eastward Tuesday afternoon.
News On 6 meteorologist Mike Grogan says once they reach the eastern half of the state, they may bring moderate to heavy showers, high winds and the possibility of hail.
The river near Commerce was over 18 feet Tuesday morning. Flood stage is 15 feet. The NWS says most of the flooding will be farm land along the river, but some low-lying areas around the city of Miami, like Riverview Park, could be cut off.
