It's still a couple weeks away - but here's something to get you revved up about Memorial Day weekend. Route 66 Main Street is hosting a Patriot Car and Motorcycle show on May 23rd at 3700 Southwest Boulevard.
The show is just one of several events aimed at highlighting Tulsa as one of America's most patriotic cities. There will be a carnival for the kids, arts and crafts vendors, a patriotic pet contest, and even a modest pin-up girl contest.
All the fun will raise money for Folds of Honor and help revitalize this part of the historic mother road.
"Yes, it is something, and we should showcase and that we should be proud of. That it's - it's an element here that we have that not a whole lot of people do have," said Dianne Bileck Route 66 Main Street director.
