Tulsa Man Charged In Fatal Motorcycle Crash

A Tulsa man has been charged in the death of a motorcyclist after a hit-and-run crash at 51st and Memorial.

Brian David Layfield has been charged with negligent homicide and leaving the scene of a fatality collision in the death of Bo Miller on May 2, 2015.

He is also charged with failure to yield after police say he pulled out of a McDonald's in front of Miller.

After the wreck Layfield left the scene and abandoned his vehicle, according to Tulsa Police. He was arrested later that day.

Motorcyclists provided an escort for Miller during his funeral Monday in Sapulpa.
