Tulsa Police say a woman suspected of driving while drunk and speeding slammed her car into the rear of an SUV on South Memorial early Friday.

Speeding Drunk Driver Slams Into SUV, Tulsa Police Say

Tulsa Police say a woman suspected of driving while drunk and speeding slammed her car into the rear of an SUV on South Memorial early Friday.

The crash happened in the northbound lanes at 75th and Memorial at 12:45 a.m.

Officers estimate Susanna Cardenas' car was traveling at 50 to 60 mph when she hit the back of a Chevy Suburban pushing it off the street.

The SUV's driver was taken to the hospital with what police said were non-life threatening injuries.

Cardenas was treated at the crash scene for some minor injuries then arrested and taken to the Tulsa County jail. She was booked on a DUI, Second Offense complaint. Jail records show she has a May 15 court appearance.
