Basement Fire Sends Tulsa Man To Hospital

The Tulsa Fire Department was able to quickly put out a small fire in midtown Tulsa late Saturday night.

Crews said the fire was at a home near 14th and Utica, and a man was rescued from the basement and taken to a hospital by EMSA.

No immediate word on the man's condition.

Crews were not sure how the fire started, but they were able to extinguish it quickly.
