Largest BBQ Competition Heating Up In Bixby

Bixby's largest family event, and one of the largest barbecue competitions in the state of Oklahoma, is going on right now.

The Bixby BBQ 'n Blues Festival features two days of mouthwatering barbecue and great music. The hours Saturday are 10 in the morning until 11 at night.

Osage SkyNews 6 HD flew over the festival Friday night where there are 100 barbecue teams competing for prizes.

There are also cooking demonstrations, a kids zone, and lots of live music.

The entry fee is $10 per vehicle.
