Driver Admits To Texting Prior To Crash On Tulsa Highway, Police Say

Tulsa Police said a driver admitted she was texting when she lost control of her KIA on the Sand Springs Expressway Thursday morning.

Officers said the driver was headed east just west of downtown Tulsa when her car veered to the right slamming into the guardrail.  The impact caused extensive damage to the KIA's front right fender and wheel.  

Police said the woman was not injured in the crash.
