Temperatures across eastern Oklahoma continue to drop as cool rain spreads across the region Monday afternoon.
News On 6 meteorologist Mike Grogan says the rain is pushing out of central and western Oklahoma where a flash watch remains in effect.
For this area of the state, Grogan says rain amounts will range from a half an inch or less in northeast Oklahoma to over an inch in southeast Oklahoma.
The cool temperatures will continue Tuesday as the chance for more rain decreases.
Grogran says by Wednesday, expect sunny skies and temperatures climbing back into the 70s and even 80s towards the end of the week.
