The Oklahoma Geological Survey released a graph Monday showing the Nepal earthquake as it was recorded at the survey's observatory at Leonard.
The magnitude 7.8 quake struck Saturday morning Oklahoma time northwest of Nepal's capital city, Kathmandu. The graph also showed several strong aftershocks.
On Monday, the death toll soared past 4,000, even without a full accounting from mountain villages that rescue workers were still struggling to reach after the disaster.
